One of the world's biggest companies, Ford uses LispWorks and KnowledgeWorks for process planning and for ergonomics analysis, in manufacturing at various sites including Michigan and Kentucky. In fact two separate ergonomic analysis systems have been developed and integrated into process planning for Ford's Global Study and Process Allocation System (GSPAS).
Dr. Nestor Rychtyckyj, Artificial Intelligence Technical Specialist in Ford's Manufacturing Engineering Systems section states: 'We're very satisfied with our LispWorks/KnowledgeWorks tool.'
