4.3 Software delivery and installer formats
LispWorks 7.0 for Linux is supplied as a download. Two formats are provided:
Red Hat Package Management (RPM) files. RPM is a utility like
tar, except it can actually install products after unpacking them. See Installation from the binary RPM file for more information
4.3.1 Contents of the LispWorks distribution
The supplied installers contain all of the relevant modules.
For RPM installations, the RPM package name is
lispworks-personal for the Personal Edition).
The Professional and Enterprise Edition modules are in separately installable RPM packages. These are: CLIM 2.0, KnowledgeWorks, LispWorks ORB, and Common SQL. LispWorks Editions provides Edition details.
