This should always be set to t for a site (i.e. network) license -- the licensing mechanism does not work in any other circumstances. Do not set the variable otherwise, as it overrides any useful diagnostics which may accompany keyfile errors. Not applicable to version of LispWorks running under the Windows operating system.
