 - Starts the Liquid Common Lisp graphical user interface and tools. This function takes the following keyword arguments:
 
 :environment-  The default, and the only supported value, is
:capi. 
 :library-  The default, and the only supported value, is
:motif. 
 :tools-  The tools to start initially. The value must be of the following form:
 
 (tool-description tool-description ...) 
- Each tool-description is either a symbol naming the class of the tool to start, or a list of the form
(tool-class tool-initarg1 tool-initarg2 ...). 
 - The default is the value of
lw-tools::*default-tools*. The default value for this variable is to start the LispWorks podium, by invoking the function
lw-tools:lispworks-echo-podium. 
 :start-functions 
- A set of functions to run when the environment starts. The value must be of the following form:

- The number of the display server to use for the X Window System display. This argument is valid only if no

 :screen-number 
- The number of the screen to use for the X Window System display. This argument is valid only if no
:display argument is supplied. The default value is the default screen of the display. 
 :application-class 
- The value is a string naming the application class used for X Window System resources. The default value is
"Lispworks". 
 :command-line-args 
- The value is a list of strings representing the set of command-line arguments to pass to
XtOpenDisplay. Each string corresponds to a single argument. The default value is derived from the command line used to start Lisp. 
 :fallback-resources 
- The value is a list of strings representing the set of application context fallback resources to use. Each string corresponds to a single line of an X resource file.
 
 - This value is used only when no other resource files can be found. The default value is read from the file whose name is the value of the
