2.3 Contents of the distribution

The Liquid Common Lisp distribution contains the following high-level directories:

~installation_directory
  common/
  platform/
  platform-realfiles/
Under each of these directories the following directory structure makes up the Lisp Library area:

lcl/
  5-0/
    app-defaults/
    config/
    etc/
    elisp/
    examples/
    manual/
    patches/
    submodules/
Some of these directories and files may be symbolic links, to facilitate sharing of read-only files. The following section describes the contents of each subdirectory of ~installation_directory/.../lcl/5-0/.
