displays the CAPI interface

screen
(or the current one if not supplied).
The interface runs in the current process (thread) if

. It runs in a newly-created process if

, and this is the default value. Otherwise,

is expected to be a CAPI process, and
interface
runs in it. Note that a CAPI interface should be modified only in its own process.
