Creates a SSL. This should only be called when using the :openssl implementation.

ssl-ctx-pointer⇩

A foreign pointer of type ssl-ctx-pointer.

ssl-pointer⇩

A foreign pointer of type ssl-pointer.

The function ssl-new creates a SSL for ssl-ctx-pointer by a direct call to the C function SSL_new.

ssl-pointer is a pointer to the new SSL.
