Summary

Starts the KnowledgeWorks programming environment.

Description

Starts the KnowledgeWorks programming environment from the initial prompt when the KnowledgeWorks image is started. If the LispWorks IDE is already running, start-kw adds the KnowledgeWorks menu so that the podium becomes the KnowledgeWorks Podium.
