1.1.9 Fonts

The Window Tool Kit allows you to use a variety of font for printing character output to the screen. Each font is listed in the Window Tool Kit's font registry, from which it can be accessed at any time. Fonts can be of either variable or fixed width.

The Window Tool Kit provides a default font that is automatically used unless you specify otherwise. Chapter 4, "Fonts" provides information about using fonts.
