13.1.3 Methods area
The Methods area provides a list of the methods defined on the generic function.- Selecting a method in this area displays its description in the Description area.
- Double-clicking on a method displays its source code definition in the editor, if it is available.
The number of items listed in the Methods area is printed in the Matches box. You can operate on any number of selected methods in this area using the commands in the Methods menu. See Section 13.1.5 on page 175 for details.
