Returns the state of a process.
process-whostate process => reason
process-whostate returns a string describing the state of the process.
Depending on the state of process, reason can be:
reason can also be the wait-reason of the process, as passed to wait-processing-events, process-wait, mailbox-read and so on.
reason can also be a string containing the run-reasons, as set by
