You can customize the level of filename information provided by checking the required option in the upper part of the View menu.
Click on View > Show Full Pathname to list the complete filename of each match found by the Grep Browser.
Click on View > Show Relative Pathname to list the filename relative to the current directory of the Grep Browser. You can change the Grep Browser's directory using Command > Set Grep Directory .
Click on View > Show Leaf Pathname to show leaf pathnames.
Click on View > Hide Pathname to remove all filename information from the main area of the browser.
