The Listener is actually a special type of editor window, which is run in a mode known as execute mode . This means that, as well as the normal keyboard commands available to the editor, a number of additional commands are available which are especially useful when working interactively.
These commands are useful when you are repeating a series of similar commands:

Alt+P
or
Ctrl+C Ctrl+P
to display the previous event on the history list.
Press
Alt+N
or
Ctrl+C Ctrl+N
to display the next event on the history list (this is not available if you are at the end of the history list).
Press
Alt+R
or
Ctrl+C Ctrl+R
to perform a search of the history list.
Press
Ctrl+C Ctrl+F
to get a list of items in the history.
Press
Ctrl+C Ctrl+I
to inspect the current value (that is, the value of the Common Lisp variable

).
Press
Alt+K
to abandon the current input.
Press
Alt+Shift+B
to get a backtrace in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+A
to abort in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+C
to continue in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+C
to display the previous frame in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+N
to display the nexy frame in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+E
to edit the current frame in the debugger.
Press
Alt+Shift+V
to print the variables of the current frame in the debugger.
