Syntax:connect-to-tcp-stream port host

The port argument is a port number; if the value is0, the operating system assigns a port number. If the value of host isnil, the host is the local host; otherwise, the value is a host name as a string or a list of numbers. The function returns a stream connected to the specified host or process and port, if the host or process makes such a port available.
