5 Manipulating Graphs A graph view is available in the class browser, interface builder, and backtrace logging tool. The graph view lets you, for instance, automatically produce a graph of all the subclasses or superclasses of a given class, or the layouts of a given CAPI interface. You can display the graph view by choosing View > Graph, although it is also the default view for some tools.
All graphs can be manipulated in the same way. This chapter gives you a complete description of the features available.
All graphs have an associated Graph Layout menu, available by choosing View > Graph Layout or by displaying a popup menu over the graph itself. This menu contains all the commands that are directly relevant to graphs.
- 5.1 - An overview of the graph view
- 5.2 - Searching graphs
- 5.3 - Expanding and collapsing graphs
- 5.4 - Altering the depth and breadth of graphs
- 5.5 - Displaying different graph layouts
- 5.6 - Moving nodes in graphs
