5.2.7 Dynamic stack list allocation In the Multitasking Facility, each process must maintain its own dynamic allocation of stack lists. By default, stack lists are enabled for all processes. You can explicitly disable stack list allocation at run-time with the function
disable-stack-lists. You can explicitly enable stack list allocation at run-time in any process by calling the function
enable-stack-lists. These functions and stack lists are described in Chapter 3, "Optimizing Lisp Programs".
